Authorized Returns: To begin the return or exchange process, please contact us via email at arts@iamjewellry.shop. Please note that we can only accept returns or exchanges for items that have been authorized. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
30-Day Timeframe: You have a 30-day window from the day you received your order to request a return or exchange.
Original Condition: Items must be returned in their original condition, without any scratches, wear, or alterations.
Use Tracked Shipping: When returning or exchanging items, please use shipping methods with tracking. We are unable to process returns or exchanges without tracking information.
Include Promotional Gifts: If your order included any promotional gifts, kindly include them when returning items. Failure to do so may result in a deduction of the gift's retail value from your refund.
Return Procedure:
1. Contact Us: Email us at arts@iamjewellry.shop with a photo of the item and your return request for verification.
2. Confirmation: Once we confirm that your request aligns with the 30-day return policy, we will provide you with the return address.
3. Notify Us: Email us with the tracking number when you ship the product back to us.
4. Inspection: We will inspect the returned product upon receipt.
5. Refund: If everything checks out, we will issue a refund to your original payment account.
Refund Process:
Processing Time: We aim to process returns within 5 days of receiving your package.
Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Items That Cannot Be Refunded:
• Personalized Items: Personalized items cannot be refunded unless they have engravings or photos that are entirely different from what you requested.
• Unsuitable Items: Items that have been worn, damaged, or altered cannot be refunded. Return expenses for these items are your responsibility.
• Worn or Replacement Items: Items that were worn or sent as replacements or exchanges are also not eligible for refunds.
Return Shipping Fees Compensation: We'll assist with an additional $15 for return shipping fees in these cases:
• Wrong Item Received: If you received the wrong item.
• Item Issues: If the item you received is broken, defective, or has incorrect engraving. Please inform us within 48 hours of receiving your order for broken or defective items.
Cancellation: We want your order to be perfect, so please double-check all details before submitting your order. Personalized, engraved, or special order items typically begin production 8 hours after your order is processed.
Cancellation Fees:
• Cancellation within 24 Hours: No cancellation fee applies.
• Cancellation After 24 Hours: A cancellation fee of 40% of your order value will be incurred.
